lights all around me
the dj plays to the beat

the right moves
the right curves

a girl that nobody knows

*sitting here alone in the dark
writing the story never been told
asheamed to let all know
im the girl that nobody knows

colorful on the outside
black & white on the other
i've done things i should regret
things that also made me the way i am

laughing and making jokes
crying and drinking, just the opposite
stupid things of the past
but can't go to anyone to tell this to

i have cried my last cry
i've been mourning the whole time
i came to realize that you're gone

you left i didn't say goodbye
i cried, now i can't see your smile

nobody understands
